The Salem Privacy Door Knob in Oil Rubbed Bronze by Designers Impressions is designed for interior doors where a locking function is needed, such as bathrooms and bedrooms. The Salem design flares outward from the neck into a softly rounded shoulder, then transitions into a flat-faced knob with a subtle circular recess and beveled ring for a refined, traditional look.
Privacy knobs lock using an interior turn-tab and include an emergency release on the exterior. This knob includes all installation hardware and an adjustable latch that fits both 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" backsets.
