No restocking fee if returned within 30 days*.
20% restocking fee after 30 days.
30% restocking fee after 60 days.
Not eligible for return after 90 days from purchase.
*Orders of $500 or more are subject to a 30% restock fee on all returns.
Conditions
You may open one (1) of each item to inspect it. These items are still eligible for a refund if returned in their original packaging. Items returned that have been opened will incur a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept merchandise that has been installed or damaged.
Items must be in their original packaging and resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for items you need and return unwanted items.
You may be asked to provide a return tracking number to help us process your refund.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a pre-paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
