- Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resell condition to qualify for a refund.

- Returns sent with items open or damaged will not be refunded.

- We do not offer store credit or exchanges.
- Returns sent with the incorrect RMA number or no RMA number may take longer to process.
- Customers may be required to provide us with a return tracking number to ensure the process of your refund.
