We are a small, family-run business. For real! We are a husband and wife team that has been working side-by-side (without killing each other) for more than 13 years.

We started this venture after more than a decade of experience in the construction industry and identifying a gap in quality home hardware from online sellers. It began from our home in North Carolina when everyone still referred to online e-commerce as “selling on the world wide web”, and it has grown from there.

We think that one of the reasons that we have been around so long, and have built our business to where it is today, is due to our authentic commitment to our amazing, loyal customers. On our end, we do our best to provide high-quality products at great prices, and we truly pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. It may be a cliche catchphrase, but we really mean it when we say that we are not happy until our customer is happy!



We know that it can be overwhelming, and even a bit scary, to buy hardware online. We also know that you have a lot of choices, and that there are many factors that go into home hardware purchases.

Over the years we have seen a significant shift towards the giant online retailers instead of smaller businesses like ours. We get it. We understand that one-stop shopping from the mega-retailers is appealing because of it's ease and convenience.

However, did you know that those giant megapolis places don’t always have lower prices? In fact, they are almost always more expensive! Plus, they don’t personally get to know their customers, and in the end, could care less if you are satisfied or not.

With that in mind, we have tried to carve out a space for customers who want quality products at great prices, fast shipping, and genuine customer care. We may not sell everything, but we know our products and we care for our customers.

We like to think of ourselves as an old fashioned “mom and pop shop” hardware store - providing hands-on customer care, but in a virtual space.
