The Salem Privacy Door Knob in Satin Nickel by Designers Impressions is designed for interior doors where a locking function is needed, such as bathrooms and bedrooms. The Salem profile flares outward from the neck into a gently rounded shoulder then transitions into the main knob body, with a flat face that features a subtle recessed center and thin beveled ring for refined definition.
Privacy knobs lock using an interior turn-tab and include an emergency release on the exterior for quick access when needed. This knob includes all mounting hardware and an adjustable latch that fits both 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" backsets.
