Sliding barn door handles are normally installed on the exterior side of the door (the visible side when entering a room), while the included flat edge pull handle — also referred to as a flush pull or finger pull — is installed on the interior side. The flush pull allows the barn door to open completely, enabling easier entry and exit from the room without interfering with the wall or door opening.
The barn door handle can be installed on either the left or right side of the door depending on your layout and door orientation. For double barn door applications, two matching barn door handles can be used with the pull bars facing outward for a balanced and functional appearance.
